ARCC Inc was established in Sydney in 1996 by Rev Paul Bayliss to recruit and coordinate the work of racetrack chaplains. We are now an incorporated inter-church association of interested persons from different Christian churches working towards establishing a Racetrack Chaplaincy Program that will service the needs of people working in the Australian horse racing industry.
